Topic: Taipei Main station
Members: Sean Migo Justin Wendy
In the beginning,
we made our member, Wendy, who is first time to NTUST , to find a building in NTUST.
But that was not as hard as we thought before.
So we discussed about where did we feel confused in way finding.
And ,we got the same idea: Taipei Main station
So,We tried to transfer from MRT to train,
and taking a vedio to record the problems we meet .
1. Exit MRT
The position of exit gate isn't intuitional for passengers .
2. Find lobby
The signs is somewhat confusing .
3. Find schedule
The schedule is too complex to understand.
4. Buy ticket
The steps of buying tickets are unclear and there were too much people want to buy tickets making crowded
5. Find platform
The path is too complex to find correct way
According to the 5 situations, We had an idea of mobile program, which is "iTrain".
"iTrain" is a mobile software helping you buying tickets,
navigating in the station and reminding you of train arrival.
And in next step,
we are going to investigate people's opinions about "iTrain" and improve it.
